Shipping policy
All orders ship from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as we can. Our current processing/fulfillment time is 1 business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 2 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to update. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update.
We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We thank you for your support and patience!

Current average response time is 1 to 2 business days for a response to your inquiry. We are available Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm (CET).
